What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1820, having render shopfront to ground floor. Now in use as shop. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and render eaves course. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows. Render pilasters with ornate consoles having ball finials, fascia and moulded cornice. Square-headed display window with roll mouldings. Square-headed opening having overlight, half-glazed timber door and roll mouldings.
This simple, classically inspired façade is enlivened by the render shopfront, which provides artistic interest to the façade and is a particularly significant feature. Built as pair, its scale and form, make a positive contribution to the streetscape.
