What is recorded here
Semi-detached three-bay three-storey house, built c.1820, part of two-house composition at centre of Newbliss. Pitched slate roof with red brick and rendered chimneystacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with sill bands to upper floors, and render plinth. Square-headed window openings with replacement uPVC windows, and square-headed replacement timber door with overlight.
This substantial house forms part of a two-house group standing recessed from the street front in the middle of Newbliss. The sill bands add to the distinctiveness of the building.
