Terraced three-bay two-storey house, extant 1840, on a rectangular plan; single-bay two-storey side (west) elevation. Refenestrated, ----. Hipped and pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered stepped eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hopper and downpipe. Rendered walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Segmental-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement timber door. Square-headed window openings with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement timber casement windows. Road fronted on a corner site.

A house representing an integral component of the early nineteenth-century domestic built heritage of Arthurstown with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such attributes as the compact rectilinear plan form; and the diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a graduated visual impression.
