Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1860, having round-headed doorway and dormer window; stucco window surrounds and stringcourses. Asbestos tile pitched roof with rooflights. Painted rendered walls.
Although the timber windows and slate roof have been lost, this building is important as part of a terrace of four which includes more intact houses; it shares a roofline and continuous stringcourses, and has retained its stucco window surrounds.
