Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, having moulded surrounds to windows and round-headed door opening with Doric doorcase and fanlight. Annexe to rear. Slate pitched roof with slate hung pitched roof dormers to front elevation. Rendered walls. The windows have been replaced with uPVC.
One of an intact terrace of large houses which are unusually grand in scale for the Glanmire Road, this building retains its original proportions, moulded surrounds and original doorcase and timber panelled door.
