Terraced single-bay three-storey house, c. 1810, with tripartite sash windows and long return; ground floor window opening altered to incorporate shopfront and later door. Replacement slate pitched roof with rooflights. Rendered walls.
One of the oldest surviving buildings on this part of the Glanmire Road this house is quite distinctive, retaining timber sash windows and a steeply pitched roof.
