Pair of semi-detached four-bay single-storey houses, built c. 1900, that to south having multiple-bay single-storey extension to rear. Hipped slate roofs with red brick chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted sills and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings with timber battened doors.

Modest pair of houses retaining their early character and form in features such as timber sliding sash windows and timber battened doors. Located next to the road, they form an attractive grouping in the landscape.
