Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c.1860, now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render continuous sill courses. Square-headed one-over-one pane timber sash windows and replacement window with decorative render surrounds. Replacement timber double doors with render shouldered architrave.

The regular form of this building is articulated and enhanced by the decorative render detail. This building retains its timber sash windows, which have substantial render surrounds that differ subtly from those on the ground floor. The ground floor window surround is enlivened by foliate bosses.
