What is recorded here

Detached multiple-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with later full-height canted projection to the front. The façade is finished in unpainted render, whilst the gable-ended pitched roof is slated with rendered chimneystacks to gable-ends. The flat-headed windows have sash frames. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
Though largely obscured by trees, this prominently situated early 19th century house is potentially one of the most valuable assets to the Killincarrig streetscape.
