Terraced two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1870. Pitched artificial slate roof, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack, metal rainwater goods. Unpainted smooth ruled-and-lined rendered walls. Square-headed window openings, stone sills, uPVC casements c. 1990. Round-headed door opening, plain-glazed fanlight, hardwood four-panel door c. 1980. Street fronted and flanked on either side by porches belonging to adjacent properties.
This building, apparently significantly remodelled, is of importance for role its peculiar relationship with the flanking properties with their projecting porches.
