End-of-terrace five-bay two-storey house, built c.1780. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with string course at sill level first floor. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Tooled limestone round-headed door opening with lugged doorcase, approached by stone steps with a wrought-iron bootscraper.

This house contributes to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the building, which is repeated by many of the buildings in the streetscape. The lugged stone doorcase and fanlight surround enliven the regular form of the building.
