Corner-sited detached two-bay two-storey with attic storey house, built c.1850, with two-storey return and single-storey extension to rear. Abuts house to north. Veterinary clinic to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge cresting and rendered chimneystacks. Ruled-and-lined render to walls with stucco dressings. Timber sash windows to first floor and replacement timber and uPVC windows elsewhere. Replacement timber doors with overlights. Building fronts directly onto street.

The retention of many of its original features such as terracotta ridge tiles, timber sash windows, stucco window surrounds and slate roof makes this modest structure noteworthy. Located on the corner of Green Road and Water Street, this structure makes a positive contribution to the streetscape.
