End-of-terrace three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1875, as part of a terrace of four houses. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and eaves dentils. Rendered walls with moulded render surrounds to ground floor openings. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Replacement timber panelled door with toplight.

This house is enhanced by the retention of many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, decorative moulded render detail and the eaves dentils.
