What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched artificial slate roof having rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Camber-headed window openings with stone sills and raised rendered foliated keystones throughout, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Camber-headed door opening with foliate decorated raised render keystone to front (west) elevation, having replacement timber panelled door and fanlight.
A well-maintained and prominently sited house, which is a noteworthy addition to a terrace which has lost much of its historic fabric. The timber sliding sash windows and unusual foliated render keystones add to its character and charm.
