Terraced two-bay two-storey over basement house, c. 1825, having slate pitched roof with rooflight and replacement flat roofed dormer; camber-headed window openings, round-headed door opening with Ionic doorcase. Later front garden railings. Timber sash windows are replacement.
One of an intact terrace of four, this building retains many original features including slate roof, doorcase and unusual large blind fanlight.
