Terraced three-bay three-storey red brick office premises, c. 1890, with cut limestone doorcase and decorative brick cornice; lower facade area refaced, c. 1980; stepped facade to Summer Hill. Slate hipped roof having barrel-roofed dormer.
This large redbrick building is very prominent on the street due to its size and decorative details such as cut stone decoration, timber sash windows and stringcourses. It was purpose built using good quality materials and remains in good condition.
