Terraced two-bay two-storey over basement house, c. 1825, having slate pitched roof and barrel-roofed dormers to rear; camber-headed window openings and round-headed door opening with Ionic doorcase. Later front garden railings.
One of a terrace of four, this building is in derelict condition and presently unoccupied. It has lost the fanlight to the front door, but timber sash windows, slate roof and front garden are all retained.
