Pair of semi-detached three-bay two-storey houses with dormers, built c.1890. Pitched artificial slate roofs with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered and roughcast rendered walls with timber battens to dormer tympanums. Square-headed window openings with timber sliding sash windows and rendered sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened and timber panelled doors.

This pleasing pair retains its character and exhibits early features such as timber sash windows and dormer openings. Prominently sited at a crossroads, the survival of this pair contributes to the coherence of the Ballydehob streetscape.
