Detached three-bay single-storey house, built c.1920, with projecting gabled bay having a canted bay window. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge cresting, rendered chimneystacks, timber eaves dentils and barge boards to gables. Roughcast rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed window openings with timber sash windows. Panelled timber door with a circular window. Modern two-storey extension to rear.
This house, though modest in scale, is of apparent architectural form and design. The retention of many original features and materials enhance the appearance of the house and add to the significance of it.
