Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic labourer's cottage, built c. 1900. Pitched slate roof with central rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows and rendered sills, and recent timber door, latter having timber gabled canopy. Rendered boundary wall to front garden with rendered piers and wrought-iron gate, and cut-stone piers to vehicular entrance.

This well-preserved example of a labourer's house, built as part of the Local Authority's housing scheme for landless labourer's, is simple and solid in style and retains its historic form and fabric such as timber sash windows and a slate roof.
