Corner-sited end-of-terrace gable-fronted single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1770. Pitched tile roofs with red brick chimneystack. Rendered walls. Openings altered and timber casement windows and timber door inserted.

Though the façade of this building is now altered and interesting features and materials have been replaced, this building may retain significant interior fixtures and fittings. Built in the latter part of the eighteenth century, the steeply pitched roof is a notable feature of the building and it is representative of construction techniques of that time. The building forms part of an interesting group with the adjoining eighteenth-century building to the west.
