End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c.1850, with extension to rear. Pitched slate roof with stone and rendered and cut stone chimneystacks. Painted ruled-and-lined render to façade with decorative stucco quoins and ground floor opening surrounds and with stone plinth. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber panelled door with overlight.
This modest well proportioned house makes a positive contribution to the streetscape. Its shape and form are enhanced by painted designs to the stucco quoins and surrounds of openings. Its mid nineteenth century timber sash windows also contribute to its character.
