Detached four-bay single-storey local authority house, c.1925, retaining some original fenestration with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch, and two-bay single-storey lean-to lower return to north. Extended, c.1975, comprising two-bay single-storey flat-roofed return to north-east. Part refenestrated, c.2000. Hipped slate roof (continuing into lean-to to return) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Flat concrete roof to porch. Flat bitumen felt roof to return with timber eaves. Painted roughcast walls with rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and rendered surrounds to front (south-west) elevation. 1/1 timber sash windows with some replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.1975. Set back from road in own grounds with unpainted roughcast lime rendered boundary wall to perimeter of site.

An attractive modest-scale house retaining most of its original form and some of its early character, and which is of significance as an example of local authority-sponsored housing in the early twentieth century.
