Detached three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1930, formerly also in use as shop. Later canted porch to front and recent extensions to side (east) and rear (south). Pitched slate and artificial slate roof having rendered chimneystacks, rooflights and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Camber-headed openings having two-over-two timber sliding sash windows with concrete sills. Square-headed opening with six pane timber display window to ground floor with concrete sill. Square-headed door opening. Later flat roof porch having painted rendered walls with chamfered moulded coping, square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills and square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight. Rendered boundary walls to sides (east and west).

This fine building makes a positive contribution to the landscape through its prominent roadside location and retention of several features of interest, including the canted bay porch and timber sliding sash windows. The fixed display window indicated that the building was formerly in commercial use, possibly as a shop or public house, and would have been a social focal point in the area.
