Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with recent extension to rear (south-west). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two and six-over-six timber sliding sash windows and stone sills. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber glazed door. Rubble stone outbuildings to rear and side (south-east). Painted rendered boundary walls with piers and metal gates.

This well-proportioned and attractive building is enhanced by the retention of its historic features, including timber sash windows and a slate roof. Located in close proximity to the roadside, it makes a positive contribution to the local landscape.
