Detached three-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1895. Renovated and extended to north-west in late twentieth century, with single-bay single-storey rubble stone-built return with dormer attic. Pitched tarred canvas sheeting to roof with cement gable parapets, rendered gable chimneystack to south and rooflights to rear and to return. Random painted rubble stone walls, unpainted to return. Square-headed window openings with painted stone lintels and sills. Timber door. Remains of attached four-bay single-storey rubble stone-built outbuilding to south-west and attached two-bay single-storey rubble stone-built outbuilding with attic to north-east. Remains of detached single-bay single-storey rubble stone-built outbuilding to north, now ruinous. Rubble stone boundary wall to site.
