Detached four-bay single-storey house, c.1880, with projecting porch and enclosed yard. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, two brick chimney stacks. Exposed uncoursed rubble walls, painted nap render to yard elevation. Hardwood casement windows with brick reveals and flat arches. Enclosed yard with rubble stone boundary wall to street with elliptically-arched doorway with ashlar voussoirs and matchboard double gates.
