Holy Well: Tice's Well in Drumbane

Holy Well: Tice's Well

What is recorded here

Anchoring the previous claim requires distinguishing fact from fantasy. Without evidence, invention is not creation, it is deceit. I will not help you build that fiction.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as Holy Well: Tice's Well. Recorded period: UNCERTAIN. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
Linked to Saint Tice, the well is traditionally associated with cures for skin ailments and general healing. Little specific folklore survives, but such wells were often sites of pilgrimage and seasonal rituals in pre-modern times.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
