Tobar Padraig, a holy well in Dawros Lower or Dawros Upper, bore a stone with holes believed to mark St Patrick's footsteps. People walked stations there on St Patrick's day, trusting the water and stone to carry them toward grace. The site was later bulldozed and the stone broken up, leaving only memory and uncertainty about which part of Dawros held it.

According to local information, there was a holy well in Dawros td. called 'Tobar Padraig'. At the well, a stone with some holes in it was traditionally believed to mark St Patrick's footsteps and stations were held there on St Patrick's day. The site was subsequently bulldozed and the stone broken up. Not located: it is unclear whether the well lay in Dawros Upper or Dawros Lower.
