HMS Conway was a training ship used by the Royal Navy and later the Royal Naval Reserve. It was lost in 1917 when it was deliberately run aground on rocks near Holyhead, Anglesey, as part of a training exercise, resulting in the deaths of 12 cadets; the wreck is now a protected site and of historical significance due to its association with naval training in the early 20th century.
