Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1875. Reroofed, c.1950. Pitched roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack having stringcourse, capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal or tapered pots, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined wall with rendered tie plate to first floor. Square-headed window openings with sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with concealed red brick dressings, and replacement glazed timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An amiable modest-scale house retaining the simple architectural attributes together with most of the historic or original fabric, thereby making a positive contribution to the streetscape aesthetic in The Shannon.
