Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1845, with retail outlet to ground floor, having office accommodation to upper floor; one of a pair. Pitched roof with red brick chimney stack, render has partially fallen off. Painted render finish. Square headed window openings with cills, windows are replacement uPVC. Later timber fascia sign and shopfront to ground floor with display window and modern timber entrance door. Street frontage.
Terraced nineteenth century building retaining its original scale and form. Although some features have been replaced, it contributes positively to the streetscape and is significant in its proximity to the Courthouse.
