What is recorded here

Hachured is a circular earthen ringfort in County Limerick, Ireland, where two ancient enclosures still touch across a narrow strip of pasture. The northern circle measures twenty-nine metres across, bounded by a bank and shallow fosse, while the southern partner sits just four metres away. Mature trees shade the level interior, suggesting people once shaped this land before forgetting its name.

In level pasture. Circular area (diam. 29m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.65m) with an external fosse (D 0.6m; Wth 2m). Interior level and covered by mature trees but clear of undergrowth. Conjoined on S side to similar enclosure (LI037-00802-); outer line of southern enclosure is 4m due south of outer line of fosse of northern enclosure.
