Detached two-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with half-attic, c.1725, with door opening to first floor to side elevation to west. Now in ruins. Roof now gone (originally gable-ended) with traces of slate remaining. No rainwater goods on eaves course. Random rubble stone walls with traces of render over. Square-headed openings (including door opening to first floor to west). Remains of timber fittings. Set back from road in grounds shared with Greesebank (House).

This outbuilding, although now in ruins, is of interest for its relationship with Greesebank (House) to the west, forming an integral component of the estate. The construction in rubble stone is representative of the traditional method of construction in the early eighteenth century.
