What is recorded here
Doogary is a vanished graveyard in County Roscommon, Ireland, recorded only in old name books and absent from the land itself. The area still exists, but the church and graves have no visible trace, leaving behind a hollow gap where memory should be.
The OS Name Books refer to a church and graveyard at Doogary. The area was visited, but there is no trace of or local knowledge of such sites.
