Graveslab in Waterford City is a graveslab in Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland. It is a limestone fragment measuring 0.45 metres high and 0.55 metres wide, bearing a central Roman inscription dated 1613 with a Tudor rose and a marginal Gothic inscription. It came from Our Lady's church and is now kept in the Medieval Museum on the medieval undercroft.

Fragment of limestone slab with inscriptions in two types of lettering, in the shrubbery SW of the Franciscan church. The marginal inscription in Gothic is: USTINET O MILIS and the Roman lettered inscription in the centre of the slab is: EVS/T. VLT/ 1613. There is a Tudor rose in front of the date. Dims.
