Graveslab in Rath marks one life in County Clare, though the name and date have vanished from public view. It may have been a wedding gift, a boundary marker or a quiet act of love, shaped by hand and set into earth. The absence of a date does not remove the person; it returns the place to mystery, where love and loss keep their own time.
