What is recorded here

In the graveyard E of the C of I church on or near the site of the former Cistercian abbey (TS083-017----). A sandstone slab (L 1.03m above ground; Wth 0.51m; T 0.16m) which has been embedded in the ground upside down and reused as a headstone. The sinister edge is missing. It is decorated with a deeply incised cross-shaft and quite a crudely incised cross-base, triangular in form, which ends c. 0.17m from the broken base of the slab.
