Graveslab in Inishcaltra OR Holy Island is a plain limestone slab in the Saint’s graveyard on Inis Cealtra. It measures 1.5m long and 0.43m wide, lying near the centre of the grave area. Macalister’s plan from 1916-17 did not record it, though it still rests there beside the old walls. The absence from that drawing does not erase the slab; it only reminds us that some graves resisted being drawn.

Situated towards the centre of the ‘Saint’s graveyard’ (CL029-009030-) on Inis Cealtra, 14.1m from the S wall and 10.7m from the W wall.
