Graveslab in Ballycallan stands at the NE end of the graveyard, east of a modern Celtic cross dedicated to Patrick Phelan. Its lower portion protrudes above the ground, decorated with an incised cross-shaft and fleur-de-lis terminal. One of four slabs noted by Carrigan in 1905, it likely dates from the 13th or 14th century, marking a burial associated with the medieval church of Ballycallan.

Associated with the medieval church (KK018-072001-) of Ballycallan and situated at the NE end of the graveyard (KK018-072002-), E of a modern Celtic cross dedicated to Patrick Phelan. The lower portion (L 0.7m; Wth 0.27m tapering to 0.25m at the base; T 0.07m) of the slab protrudes above the ground. It is decorated with an incised cross-shaft with incised fleur-de-lis terminal. It is one of four taping graveslabs (KK018-072004-; KK018-072005-; KK018-072006-; KK018-072007-) in the graveyard noted by Carrigan (1905, vol. 3, 442) which appear to date from the 13th/14th century.
