Graveslab in Abbey West stands in County Clare, Ireland. Several tapered and chamfered graveslabs occur in the abbey at Corcomroe that no longer bear traces of carving, though four cross-bearing slabs appeared in 1893. The stones may have marked ordinary lives, loved ones or forgotten locals, but their carvings have faded into smooth silence.

In 1893 the Association for the Preservation of the Memorials of the Dead noted four cross-bearing slabs (see CL003-029010-, CL003-029011-, CL003-029012- and CL003-029013-).
