What is recorded here
Grave Yd. is a sub-rectangular graveyard in County Carlow, Ireland, measuring about sixty metres north-south and fifty-seven metres east-west, with St. Mary's church at its eastern edge. The precise shape suggests deliberate layout rather than accidental growth, perhaps marking a community that valued order even in death. Walking its boundary today is an act of imagination, filling silent stone with the lives that once breathed beside it.
Sub-rectangular shaped (map dims. c. 60m N-S; c. 57m E-W) with St. Mary's church (CW007-018007-) at E.
