Terraced three-storey premises, dated 1795; altered and modernised, c. 1990, having corrugated steel pitched roof, random sandstone and limestone finish, red brick dressings to openings incorporating soldier arches, altered openings and replacement uPVC windows, large camber headed door opening to ground floor with steel doors; street frontage.
Late eighteenth-century building, which, although altered, remains important to the overall character of the streetscape in terms of scale, massing and form. Part of longer terrace of similar warehouse type buildings.
