Goat Island or Flanafressan is a crannog in Grange Lough, County Roscommon, Ireland. The oval island measures 22 metres north to south and 17 metres east to west, rising less than a metre above the water in the eastern part of the lough. It consists of earth and stone, but no visible evidence of artificial construction has been identified.

In the E part (dims. c. 2.5 km N-S; c. 400-700m E-W) of Grange Lough, c. 250m from the W shore. Oval overgrown island (dims. 22m N-S; 17m E-W; H 0.8-1m) of earth and stone in a shallow part of the lough, but there is no visible evidence of artificial construction.
