What is recorded here

Gimble Porth is a small bay on the Isles of Scilly, featuring coastal rock formations primarily composed of granite, typical of the region's geological makeup. The granite dates to the late Devonian to early Carboniferous period, around 360–340 million years ago, and was formed by the slow cooling of intrusive igneous rock beneath the Earth's surface, later exposed by erosion.
