Ornate latticed veranda to ground floor.ROOF: Double pitched sprocketed red tile roof; catslide over veranda; decorative turret and gable to attic windows; corniced red brick chimney. WALLS: Smooth plaster walls with plaster decoration over windows. Ornate timber veranda. OPENINGS:Timber casement windows; original timber door; timber cornice to upper window surrounds.
