The Coombe: Known as Coombe Gate it was first mentioned in 1468. It stood at the lower end of the Coombe where it separated the Liberty of St. Sepulchre from that of St. Thomas (CARD 1, 493; Bradley and King 1987, 1, 56; Clarke 2002, 21).
