Boyle it is located on the original road and is now isolated from the entrance drive by a new road between it and the house. The stucco decoration combines Tudor and Classical elements and a Regency style fanlight to great effect. The original windows had tripartite casements with intricate cast iron glazing and the original door had double-leaf three panelled doors.
