Detached three-bay single-storey yellow brick gate lodge, c.1905, with projecting entrance bay flanked by advanced gabled bay to west and recessed bay to east. Outbuilding to rear.ROOF:Multiple hipped and pitched roofs; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; red brick corniced chimney stacks; terracotta pots; rendered coping to gable ends; cast-iron down pipes. WALLS: Machine made yellow brick English garden wall bond; red brick plinth and coursed quoins, cornice and roundel. OPENINGS: Square headed 9/1 sash windows; red brick dressed openings; granite cills; square headed timber doors; red brick flat arch, granite door step, moulded and chamfered red brick surround.
