Gallauns holds two rectangular stones leaning southwest inside a disused burial ground in County Cork. The taller stone stands 1.8m high while its partner leans at 1.6m, separated by 1.8m along a northwest-southeast line. They mark a place where death and memory still touch, perhaps guiding the living or watching over the dead.

In W half of disused burial ground (CO142-001001-). Two stones, both rectangular in plan; long axis NW-SE; 1.8m apart. Taller stone to SW (H 1.8m; 0.9m x 0.1m); second stone (H 1.6m; 0.7m x 0.5m) leans heavily to SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
